1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of ProGlide Express (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of ProGlide Express as final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about February 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ending April 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. All online entries must be received by April 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. All times are Eastern Time (GMT-05:00).

4. How to Enter

Enter by submitting the online form on this page. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Rules may be disqualified. You may enter only once. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. Fraudulent entries may be removed at ProGlide Express's sole discretion.

5. Prizes

The approximate retail value of all prizes is $700. The prize is: 1 year of unlimited car washes at ProGlide Express. You are not guaranteed to win. Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for ProGlide Express to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing under Sponsor's supervision. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following the drawing. ProGlide Express is not liable for failed notifications due to spam filters or incorrect contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION.

8. Rights Granted

By entering, you grant ProGlide Express the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, name, portrait, likeness, and biographical information worldwide in any media, in perpetuity, for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.

ProGlide Express reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, fraud, or other cause beyond its control affects the administration or security of the Sweepstakes. ProGlide Express may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. By entering, you agree to receive email newsletters from ProGlide Express; you may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless ProGlide Express and its affiliates, agents, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arkansas. All disputes shall be resolved individually before a court of competent jurisdiction in Arkansas.
